Description of our services included
Monthly rate for a rental unit
Our rates vary between $380 and $980 per month for 12-month leases depending on the dimensions and specifications of our rental units. Some allow shared accommodation.
This price includes
- Heating and lighting. You have individual control over your hot water heaters.
- Access to large opening windows. Several units also have private bathrooms.
- Access to the residence’s WiFi connection.
- A refrigerator and a microwave or, exceptionally, access to these services near your room. These devices have their own independent outlet in the rental unit to avoid overloads and breakdowns.
- Access to at least one sink in the unit or, exceptionally, access to a neighboring semi-private bathroom.
- A unit offered semi-furnished. Depending on your needs and our available furnishings, you can equip yourself with a bed, a work desk, a bedside table, a storage cabinet, lamps and other accessories from our inventory.
The inclusions of each rental unit are specified on the lease and units that do not offer one of the inclusions offer a nearby alternative.
Offered to all tenants in the common areas of the residence.
Description of our paid services
- Parking space rental for motor vehicles not included in the base monthly rent rate. It can be added at a low cost of $20 per month.
- Monthly rental of a storage locker for $5 or $10 per month.
- The coffee machine and other vending machines available in the dining room are at the user’s expense.
